Pooh Shiesty is a Memphis, Tennessee rapper.

Pooh broke into the upper rap scene in 2020 with a single accompanied by Lil Durk.

Pooh was arrested for a shooting outside a Florida strip club.

It appeared that the state charges were going away due to gaps in witness memories.

Pooh was out on bond.

Then the Feds showed up and put Pooh back into custody on a federal detainer.

The feds have charged Pooh with discharging a firearm while committing a violent felony as well as conspiracy to commit a robbery and robbery.

Most people don’t realize how many federal crimes exist.

The feds are using Instagram posts by Pooh to tie him to the evidence of the alleged offenses.

Clothing, money and firearms are said to be identical to items seen on Pooh’s posts.

People do not understand that law enforcement routinely checks social media for evidence of crimes.

James Donald Halsell, Jr. is a former United Stated Air Force officer and NASA astronaut.

Halsell was on five Space Shuttle Missions.

In 2014, Halsell was convicted of driving under the influence for a drunken car crash in California.

His evidential breath test showed 0.12.

Halsell was sentenced to 5 years probation along with the other conditions of his conviction.

On June 6, 2016, Halsell was arrested and charged with two counts of reckless murder arising from allegedly driving impaired in Alabama.

Two people were killed in what is alleged to be a DUI caused crash.

Police allege that Halsell was under the influence of wine and sleeping pills; Halsell refused to submit to a blood test.

Police allege that Halsell attempted to steal a car and flee the scene.

Halsell’s trial is set for March, 2020.

The Alabama Judge presiding over Halsell’s trial ruled that the California DUI conviction could not be introduced by the prosecution since no evidence of alcohol was present in the Alabama case.

Police obtained a search warrant in Alabama but it showed no alcohol.

Police argue that Halsell’s refusal to voluntarily submit to a blood test allowed the alcohol in his system to vanish.

Halsell’s lawyers have stated that Halsell was sleep driving due to Ambien prior to the fatal accident.
