Beat Interstate 81 reckless driving:  Jonathan Williams is a member of the NFL’s Buffalo Bills.  Williams played his college football at Arkansas.  Williams was drafted in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL draft.  Williams was a high school football star at Allen High School in Allen, Texas amassing over 3,500 yards and almost 40 touchdowns. In his first season with the Bills, Williams rushed for almost one hundred yards and one touchdown.
