Beat Interstate 81 reckless driving:  Jonathan Williams is a member of the NFL’s Buffalo BillsWilliams played his college football at ArkansasWilliams was drafted in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL draft.  Williams was a high school football star at Allen High School in Allen, Texas amassing over 3,500 yards and almost 40 touchdowns. In his first season with the Bills, Williams rushed for almost one hundred yards and one touchdown.

Beat Interstate 81 reckless driving: In July of 2016, Williams was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated or DWI in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  Williams refused to provide an on the side of the road breath test in a preliminary breath tester (PBT) and was arrested.  The other evidence of DUI was a strong smell of an alcoholic beverage and red eyes.  Williams admitted to one beer the night before.  Williams did the right thing in refusing to help the police arrest and convict him for drunk driving.  The roadside agility tests have nothing to do with determining whether one can function normally.  Instead, they are designed to place one in abnormal positions performing abnormal tasks.  Most people look ridiculous trying these balancing tests which is then assumed to prove they cannot function normally.  Any test looking for normal function ought to be comprised of tasks requiring normal function.  Download our FREE App to keep a Virginia DUI Lawyer handy — www.KeeferApps.com.
